These colorful pour art white chocolate covered pretzels are a beautiful addition to any cookie tray. Perfect for Christmas, unicorn birthday parties, or any special occasion. Candy melts make them easy.
Line both of your baking sheets with wax paper. Place wire rack on top of one of the baking sheets – this is the setup you’ll be using to do the actual pouring of the candy melts.
Place each batch of candy melts in separate microwave-safe bowls. Line up your pretzels on the wire rack.
Place one teaspoon of coconut oil in every bowl and microwave in 30-second intervals until completely melted.
Pour a portion of each candy melt color into a drinking glass (aim for something short but sturdy – like a whiskey glass), filling up the glass about half-way. You will not be using all of the candy melts right away, the pouring will be done in batches.
Pour the candy melts over each pretzel, evenly distributing the colors so that the top of the pretzels are completely coated. Use a fork to remove the colored pretzel onto your second lined baking sheet.
Repeat until all pretzels are covered. Place in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes or until candy melts are set. Enjoy!
